- Officers and Board meet monthly
- December 31, 2024 – All nomination submissions due
- February / March – Membership Drive / Renewal period
- April 1, 2025 – Cut-off date: only members as of this date can vote for nominees
- April / May – Balloting and voting
- June 2025 – Annual Business Meeting at Sans Souci Restaurant
- October 19, 2025 – Induction Ceremony at the Augusta Curtis Cultural Center, 2:00pm
