- DECEMBER 31, 2023 – All nomination submissions due
- February / March – Membership Drive / Renewal period
- April 1, 2024 – Cut-off date: only members as of this date can vote for nominees
- April / May – Balloting and voting
- June , 2024..The Annual meeting at Sans Souci Restaurant .
- October , 2024 tentative for Induction Ceremony at the Augusta Curtis Cultural Center..
